Direct marketing specialist, Bridge View Consultants, is the latest tenant to move to Alba Business Pavilions in Livingston. The company struck a five year deal with landlord Miller Developments to take 3,485 sq ft at a rate of £14.50 per sq ft.

Bridge View Consultants moves into pavilion 1b, one of eight office pavilions at the park. They join the Jane Moore Trust and Compass Contract Services.

Geoff Scott of Jones Lang LaSalle said: "The pavilions at Alba Business Park continue to prove popular with occupiers. The pavilions offer high quality, flexible office space near Livingston town centre."

Completed in 2008, the Alba Business Pavilions are available to let or for sale as complete units or individual suites from 1,720 sq ft. The development has a 'Very Good' BREEAM rating and also benefits from private parking and quality landscaping.
