Property consultant CB Richard Ellis (Scotland) has appointed Alistair Urquhart to the position of surveyor within its Glasgow business space team. Alistair joins CB Richard Ellis from James Barr, where he worked in the Office Agency team for three years.  During his time there his duties included acquisitions and disposals for both public and private sector clients.
 
Prior to his position at James Barr, Alistair was an architectural technologist with Keppie Architects for several years.  In addition to his work experience, Alistair possesses degrees in Architectural Technology and a Masters in Urban Real Estate Management and Development.
 
In his new role with CBRE he will primarily be involved with the acquisition and disposal of all types of business space, including sites and developments.
