Freight management company reverses into Paisley
Stewart McIntosh

Freight management company Geodis Wilson has become the second occupier at Westpoint Business Park, Paisley. The company has agreed a 10-year
lease on a 2,616 sq ft first-floor office suite at a cost of £15.50 per sq ft.

Richard Martin, general manager at Geodis Wilson, said: "It was important to select premises that reflect our corporate values and image as well as meeting our location requirements - Westpoint is the ideal choice to meet those criteria."

In July Songa Ship management was announced as the first occupier at the site, which is owned by a partnership comprising Renfrewshire Council, Scottish Enterprise, Royal Bank of Scotland and Goodman.

Niall McGilp, Goodmans regional development director in Scotland, said: "Westpoint Business Park is building up momentum with two occupiers announced in the space of a month. The site's proximity to excellent transport links and its flexible office layout has attracted another well-established company in Geodis Wilson."

Tim Jacobsen of letting agent Ryden, said: This further letting at Westpoint reiterates the quality of accommodation available within the park and its attractiveness to occupiers."
