Aberdeen Asset Management has appointed Dr Russell Chaplin as Chief Investment Officer, Property. Reporting to Andrew Smith, Aberdeen's Global Head of Property, Russell will join the company's Management Board for property.
 
He will work to develop Aberdeen's property investment process, and will manage the global investment strategy team for property, with staff in nine countries.
