
Capital's Spence in DJ partner promotions
APPOINTMENTS
DRIVERS Jonas in Scotland has promoted Richard Spence of the
Edinburgh office to partner - one of 10 UK-wide Drivers Jonas partner
promotions made this month.
Spence has been with Drivers Jonas for the past three years, providing
valuation and consultancy services to a wide range of clients in the
private and public sector.
Before joining Drivers Jonas he was with GVA Grimley for 10 years where
he was responsible for overseeing and implementing valuation, rent
reviews and rating work and has extensive experience in representing
both landlord and tenant in rent reviews, lease renewal/renunciation
negotiations.
DM Hall, meanwhile, says it is poised to make important business gains
in Edinburgh and its environs after appointing Ryden’s Greig
Adams as a senior building surveyor.
The appointment announcement adds that DM Hall’s ambitious plans for winning
new business in and around the vibrant Edinburgh market, in particular,
were a key factor in persuading Adams

CB Richard Ellis has appointed Peter Lowe to the role of senior
surveyor in its Aberdeen office.
Prior to joining CBRE, he was employed by Scottish Metropolitan for 12
years, responsible for the management of assets worth around £200
million throughout Scotland and the North West of England. He has also
worked with Jones Lang LaSalle’s valuation team.
Lowe new role will include the management of a wide portfolio of
commercial and industrial property throughout Scotland, focusing mainly
on Aberdeen and the North-east of Scotland.
Still in Aberdeen, Atholls has appointed Ross Murray as a
building surveyor.
Prior to joining Atholls, Murray worked in the public sector. He said:
“I was attracted by the wide variety of work Atholls had to offer and am
looking forward to joining the company's professional team and branching
into further areas of building surveying work."
