BT plc has taken a 10 year lease on a 18,862 sq ft office unit at E-State on Edinburgh’s Sighthill Industrial Estate.
The rent is £7 a sq ft with a 12 months rent-free and tenant break option at year five.
GVA Grimley acted for BT, while Ryden and DTZ represented the landlord, PPG.
