DTZ and CB Richard Ellis have been appointed joint letting agents, by CTL Estates, of an 11,367 sq ft, second floor, fully-fitted office suite in One Gyle Square, South Gyle in Edinburgh.

Developed in 2002, the building provides 140,000 sq ft of grade A accommodation in a high profile position at the entrance to South Gyle.

The suite is the last remaining space in the building, with the rest of the accommodation occupied by NHS Common Services Agency, who acquired the adjacent 16,000 sq ft, second floor suite during the last quarter of 2007.
