Elements now 70 per cent let

WITH only four months to go before its official opening, the £130 million Elements shopping centre in Livingston is already 70 per cent let.

Anchored by Marks & Spencer and Debenhams, the 375,000 sq ft mall is due to open on October 16.

David Smith, leasing

director with the developer, Land Securities, said: “We are now seeing a lot of exciting national and international names signing up and are in active discussions on the remaining space. Debenhams and Marks & Spencer are now shopfitting.”

Lunson Mitchenall and Culverwell are acting as joint agents for Land Securities.
