DJ's fun mind and body test

CLUELESS property professionals? Perish the thought.

Reassuringly, there were plenty of clues for over 200 property professionals who ran round Edinburgh to challenge their mind and their physical abilities in the 2008 Drivers Jonas Quest.

Richard Spence of Drivers Jonas, said: “Due to the popularity of the Quest, registration closed early because we had more teams subscribing than we could feasibly cope with or more to the point, which the pubs could cope with at any one time! It became apparent during the course of the evening that brains became nimbler when people had been availing

themselves of the odd refreshment in some of Edinburgh’s popular taverns.

“Teams set off at two-minute intervals from Drivers Jonas’ Edinburgh office and had to solve the clues along the route leading to each pub. Once successfully answered, teams had a quick drink, answered another 10 questions and then

headed off on the next leg.”

The winning team on the night was Morton Fraser Team 2 who scored 98 points out of a total of 112 and picked up the DJ Quest Quaich. Coming in at a not-so-close second was John Cruickshank’s Clydesdale Bank Credit Crunchers team with the wooden spoon going to TC Young.
