KS pushes on with resi office

UNDAUNTED by the downturn in the housing sector, King Sturge is poised to open a new residential office in Glasgow’s south side.

KS residential partner Stuart Farmer said: "We will be providing a streamlined one-stop service for clients throughout Scotland, combining

our expertise in second hand home sales with the marketing of brand new developments."

The Kilmarnock Road premises will focus on mid to top range second hand properties and on new build, including a service for small developers which will help with land acquisition and marketing of properties.

The new office will be staffed headed by Stuart Farmer and Iain Waugh, formerly of Countrywide Estate Agents.
