Expansion at Edinburgh Park

New Edinburgh Park (NEL), the developer of Edinburgh Park, has submitted a detailed planning application for 42,000 sq ft of space over ten units ranging in size from 1,720 sq ft to 8,810 sq ft. This is part of

NEL’s southern phase expansion of the Park and is aimed at small to medium sized occupiers.

Depending on size, occupiers will be able to choose from terraced, semi-detached or detached properties.
