Plaza in 70k ft of lettings

By STEWART McINTOSH

A TRIO of occupiers have signed up for space in Union Plaza, Stewart Milne Developments’ office scheme in Aberdeen city centre.

Commercial law firm Paull & Williamsons has taken the entire sixth floor plus the south wing of the fifth floor, a total of 26,868 sq ft, while Aberdeen Asset Management is taking the north wing of the fifth floor plus the whole of the fourth floor (a total of 26,692 sq ft). To complete the hat-trick, oil technology company AGR

Peak Group has taken the 3rd floor (17,896 sq ft).

All of the deals were struck at £23.50 a sq ft.

Mike Robertson of CBRE in Aberdeen, who handled the lettings, said: “Union Plaza will set a new benchmark for office development in Aberdeen. We have other space within the building under offer at present and have only around 35,000 sq ft remaining out of 122,000 sq ft – yet we are still several weeks away from completion ”.
