BAGUETTE Express has taken a 1,296 sq ft retail unit at 18 Nicolson Street, Edinburgh, on a 10 year lease at an initial rent of £20,000 a year. The landlord is The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Letting agent Marcus Weurman of Knight Frank said: “18 Nicholson Street is an obvious choice for a retailer such as Baguette Express. They will benefit from the high levels of footfall in the area as well as the significant residential population in the locale.”
